Occasionally, payment deductions may occur due to issues with the bank's servers confirming the payment status immediately.
If the bank confirms the payment to Qmanja Solutions' servers within 15 minutes after the deduction, your order will be processed automatically.
If the bank takes longer than 15 minutes to confirm the payment to Qmanja Solutions' servers, the system will reject the order and initiate the refund automatically.
Once the refund is initiated, it typically takes 5-7 working days for the refunded amount to be credited back to your account.
Once an order is placed through Qmanja Solutions, customers are not allowed to cancel the order. However, if the restaurant needs to cancel the order due to any unforeseen circumstances, the cancellation will be promptly communicated to the customer, and a full refund will be initiated.
Your money is secure, and the system will handle payments, refunds, and cancellations based on the timing of payment confirmation by the bank and the status of the order. If there’s a delay in payment confirmation, the system will initiate an automatic refund. This policy specifically applies to orders made through Qmanja Solutions.
